Principle
The material enters the crushing chamber through the screw conveyor through the screw conveyor, and is sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The material is transported into the cyclone separator by the negative pressure air transport method. The bag dust collector and the discharged material dust are passed through the dust bag. Filtration and recycling, no dust flying during the production process, and can improve the utilization of materials and reduce the cost of the enterprise.

Applications

GH series ultra low temperature crusher is a new development, my company carefully developed a new ultra low temperature, control the material temperature below 25 degrees, is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, food, etc. Mainly suitable for grinding fineness in 80-400 mesh, yield large crushing requirements, very suitable for pharmaceutical factory, food factory, chemical plant and high precision grinding requirements, grinding fineness can be adjusted at random.
The crushing machine is mainly composed of main engine, auxiliary engine, electric cabinet of three parts, compact design, reasonable structure, air separation type, no screen. Superfine grinding machine unit is made from high quality stainless steel production. Inside the machine is equipped with classifiers, can make a complete crushing and classification. Negative pressure conveying the crushing operation timing cavity heat continuously, so is suitable for crushing of thermal sensitive material. This machine is used for a wide range, continuous production process, the discharge granularity is adjustable.
All cryogenic grinding machine with host, adjustable speed of the screw feeder, cyclone collector plus air hammer shock device, box of bag-type dust collector and air flush device, the wind motor caused by the negative pressure. High-power led the wind motor not only can make the form negative pressure pipeline, to meet the requirements of fine powder automatically be wind suction pipes, and huge volume also took away the heat generated by the crushing cavity continuously, to set the pipe at the same time has a strong cleaning effect. Cyclone collector discharging mouth with a fan, powder outlet no dust float in the sky, achieved the effect of cleaning, environmental protection and saving.

Crushing object

Function of GH series ultra low temperature crushing processing, such as chemicals, food, medicine, cosmetics, dyestuff, resin, shell material and other material crushing and classification, and has reached the international advanced level. Can on rice, sugar, beans, aloes wood, pepper, pepper, coffee beans, cocoa beans, fennel, anise, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, thyme and other materials have good crushing effect. Particularly high oil content of the material such as sesame seed, walnut, peanut, almond, melon seed kernel cannot separate pieces. For crushing materials particularly high oil content, needs to be mixed with other materials not oily or low oil content, high oil content of the material as far as possible below 25%. If there is a large, high oil content of the material, using low temperature crushing machine grinding, need crusher or stainless stee l crusher for crushing (crushed), then use superfine crushing machine for superfine grinding at low temperature.
